I must make these - candied grapefruit peels.

Mmmm! Chocolate-covered orange peel (Orangette) has been my favorite candy since I was a little kid. This was also my paternal grandmother’s favorite and once, on a trip to Florida, she found chocolate-covered grapefruit peel. It was soooo exotic. :o)

The Hubster brought back dark-chocolate covered candied orange slices and fat, not leathery apricots from The Swan sweets shop at Mandalay Bay in Vegas. Happy Valentines Day to me!
